Nittany Mountain Trail Rides uses text messages for customer service related to horseback trail ride requests and reservations.
Text messages may include ride request follow-up, reservation coordination, scheduling questions, directions, weather updates, same-day ride logistics, and related customer service.
Nittany Mountain Trail Rides does not currently collect ride requests, waivers, or customer information through this website. Customers contact us by phone, text message, email, or direct conversation.
When a customer provides a phone number and asks us to follow up by text, or when a customer sends us a text message first, the customer consents to receive text messages from Nittany Mountain Trail Rides related to that request.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
You can cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again by contacting us or texting us first.
